NayaBisa is published by PT INIRRA NAYA MANDIRI (business name: INIRRA NAYA MANDIRI), a digital health and lifestyle media company registered in Cimahi, West Java, Indonesia. This page explains how our articles are planned, researched, written, reviewed and corrected. It applies to everything published on nayabisa.com, in English and in Indonesian.
What we publish
NayaBisa covers women’s health and everyday life: menstrual cycles and fertility, pregnancy and postpartum, self-care that survives a busy week, home and relationships, and productivity without burnout. Our aim is practical, honest and accurate information for women who do not have time to read twenty tabs’ worth of conflicting advice.
We do not publish content to fill a content calendar. If we cannot say something useful and defensible about a topic, we do not publish it.
Who writes for NayaBisa
Every article carries a byline so you can see who is accountable for it. Our bylines are:
- Naya – everyday wellness, self-care, home, relationships and the lived experience of modern womanhood.
- Inirra – our health desk. Articles under this byline are health and medical-adjacent topics (cycle, fertility, pregnancy, symptoms, nutrition). Research for these pieces is checked against published clinical and public-health sources before publication.
- Terry – technology, apps, digital tools and productivity.
All bylines are accountable to the same editorial standards described on this page. Bylines are assigned by subject matter, not by seniority: the person best placed to write accurately about a topic writes it.
How we research and source
Our editorial process for every article is:
- Reader-first framing. We start from a real question a reader has, not from a keyword list. If a topic is already covered well on NayaBisa, we improve the existing article instead of publishing a near-duplicate.
- Primary sources first. For health topics we work from primary and authoritative sources – peer-reviewed literature indexed in PubMed/MEDLINE, plus public-health bodies such as the WHO, NHS, CDC, ACOG and recognised hospital systems. We link directly to the source so you can read it yourself.
- Minimum sourcing bar. Health articles carry a Sources list with several independent external references, and each factual or clinical claim traces to one of them.
- No invented facts. We do not fabricate statistics, studies, quotes, expert opinions or personal anecdotes. If we cannot verify a number, we either leave it out or describe the uncertainty.
- Uncertainty is stated. Where the evidence is mixed, the article says so instead of flattening it into a confident claim.
Health content: our standard
Health writing is held to a higher bar. Articles on symptoms, conditions, medication, pregnancy and fertility:
- are written as general education, never as personal medical advice, diagnosis or treatment;
- include a clear note to consult a qualified healthcare professional;
- include guidance on when a symptom needs prompt medical attention, and what an emergency looks like;
- avoid promising outcomes, and avoid presenting unproven remedies as established treatment.
We are not a clinic. We do not diagnose anyone, and we do not answer personal medical questions by email. If you need individual advice, please see a doctor or midwife.
How we use AI tools – full disclosure
We use AI tools in our workflow, mainly for research triage, outlining, drafting and language editing. We are open about this because you deserve to know how a page was made.
What AI does not do here:
- it does not publish anything on its own – every article is reviewed and approved by a human editor before it goes live;
- it does not get to invent sources – every external link is checked to exist and to say what it is cited for;
- it does not get to make clinical claims unchecked – health content is verified against the sources listed at the end of the article.
We would rather tell you this plainly than pretend otherwise. Our standard is simple: the article has to be accurate, useful and honest, whoever or whatever helped produce the first draft.
Advertising, sponsorship and affiliate links
NayaBisa is funded by advertising (including Google AdSense), by our own products, and occasionally by sponsorships or affiliate partnerships. Our rules are:
- advertising is never presented as editorial content;
- a sponsored article, paid placement or affiliate link is labelled on the page itself;
- an advertiser or sponsor cannot buy a favourable review, a positive health claim, or the removal of an accurate criticism;
- if we recommend a product we sell or make ourselves, we say so – see the next section.
Our own apps
PT INIRRA NAYA MANDIRI develops and publishes its own mobile applications – among them Lail (period and ovulation tracking) and Utun, along with our other utility apps. Some articles link to those apps. We disclose that relationship in the article, and we describe the apps accurately: what they do, what they collect, and what they cannot do. A NayaBisa article about cycle tracking is written to be useful whether or not you install anything.
Corrections and updates
We get things wrong sometimes, and we fix them in public:
- if a factual or medical error is confirmed, we correct the article and note the correction on the page;
- articles are periodically revisited, and the “last updated” date reflects the most recent substantive edit;
- we retire content that is out of date or no longer defensible rather than leaving it up for the traffic.
To report an error, email info@nayabisa.com with the article URL and the specific point you believe is wrong. Please include a source if you have one. We aim to review every report within a few working days.
Independence and ownership
NayaBisa is wholly owned by PT INIRRA NAYA MANDIRI. We do not accept payment to publish a claim we believe to be false, and we do not sell editorial coverage. Where our commercial interests and editorial accuracy could conflict – for example when an article mentions one of our own apps – we disclose it on the page.
