These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of nayabisa.com and any related pages, applications, tools and services we make available (together, the “Services”). The Services are operated by PT INIRRA NAYA MANDIRI (business name: INIRRA NAYA MANDIRI), registered at Jl. Kebon Kopi No. 40, Kel. Cibeureum, Kec. Cimahi Selatan, Kota Cimahi, Jawa Barat 40535, Indonesia (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the Services.
1. Educational information only – not medical advice
NayaBisa publishes educational articles about women’s health, self-care, pregnancy, parenting and productivity. This content is general information only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is no substitute for a consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.

5. Comments and submissions
If you send us a message, story, question or other material, you confirm that you have the right to share it and you grant us permission to read, store and – where relevant – publish it in edited form. We will not publish your full name or contact details without your consent. We may moderate or remove any contribution that is unlawful, abusive, misleading or commercially spammy.
6. Advertising, sponsorships and affiliate links
The Services are supported by advertising and, occasionally, by sponsorship or affiliate arrangements. Where a page contains a paid partnership, a sponsored placement or an affiliate link, we disclose it on that page. Advertisers and sponsors have no influence over our editorial content, and we do not accept payment in exchange for a favourable review or a positive medical claim. 7. Our applications
We also publish mobile applications, including Lail – Private Period Tracker, Utun, Ananta, NoBoDi, Uhh, Kitchen Timer, Egg Timer and Terra Quest. Your use of an application distributed through Google Play is also governed by Google’s terms and by the app’s own listing and privacy information. These Terms apply to the extent they are not inconsistent with those.
8. Third-party links
The Services contain links to third-party websites and resources, including scientific papers, health organisations and app stores. Those sites are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, policies or practices.
9. Availability and changes to the Services
We aim to keep the Services available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that they will always be uninterrupted, error-free or up to date. We may add, change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, including individual pages or applications.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Indonesia.
